HALAL TRAINING PROGRAME

The training program of HAV is structured to cover the entire process from sourcing raw materials to processing, managing, preserving, and distributing Halal products.

HAV provides and conducts Halal Industry Training, Halal Industry Training is a comprehensive program design to enhance the knowledge and skills for Halal related personnel throughout the Halal supply chain.

Due to the blooming of the Halal Industry in different sector, we take the initiatives to offer sets of halal training for different industry to address the competency gap and customize according to the related shariah and technical aspects.

After the training course, participants will receive a participation certificate from HAV, which is valid for three years.

The outcomes achieved after the course are:

  1. Understanding and enhancing awareness of Halal, its principles, and concepts.
  2. Sharing and applying the knowledge gained in today’s Halal industry.
  3. Managing the best practices of Halal in food.
  4. Understanding the processes of Halal.
  5. Applying and implementing Halal requirements based on existing Halal standards such as MS1500:2009, LPPOM MUI, or other standards.
  6. Developing and establishing a Halal Assurance System (HAS).
  7. Identifying Halal Critical Control Points (HCP) in operational and production processes.
  8. The ability to conduct internal Halal assessments within the organization.
  9. Managing the entire internal assessment program from the planning phase to reporting.
  10. Understanding the technical components of Halal products.
